ORGANISATION PROFILE

The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS) is a government institution in the Republic of Kosova whose mission is the development of policy, the creation of opportunities and the provision of services in the arts, culture, sports and youth sectors. 

Starting from 2024, the MCYS manages and implements the European Youth Card programme in Kosova. All young people can retrieve their European Youth Card through the e-government platform, E-Kosova (https://ekosova.rks-gov.net/).
